We are delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Hertfordshire that is looking to strengthen its Corporate team with the appointment of a Corporate Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive with 3+ years’ PQE 🚀
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established and growing commercial practice known for delivering high-quality work and outstanding client service across a broad range of sectors 💼
The successful candidate will work closely with experienced Partners and a strong wider commercial team, advising an impressive client base including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, investors and entrepreneurs
🔹 The Role
You will handle a varied caseload of corporate matters, including:
✔️ Mergers & acquisitions
✔️ Share and asset sales/purchases
✔️ Shareholder agreements
✔️ Company restructures
✔️ Joint ventures
✔️ General corporate advisory work
✔️ Commercial agreements (desirable but not essential)
