This position is within our Education Directorate. You will be responsible for delivering effective teaching services to children and young people at Largs Academy. The start date is August 2025. Current Probationers can apply, subject to achieving full GTCS registration standards.

PVG (Children)
This role involves regulated work with children under the PVG Scheme, and it is an offence to apply if barred from working with children.
Successful candidates will need to join or update their PVG Scheme before employment is confirmed. The cost (£59 or £18) will be deducted from wages. For more info, visit MyGov Scotland and Pre-employment checks.
If successful, your name and email will be entered into the PVG system to generate your PVG form, which will be emailed to you with a link to complete.
