A well‑established legal practice is seeking a full‑time Family Law Solicitor to join its growing team based in West Lothian. Applications are welcomed from Newly Qualified and more experienced solicitors with a background or strong interest in family law.
The successful candidate will manage a diverse caseload and work directly with clients across a broad range of family law matters.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage your own caseload of family law matters.
2. Handle cases involving divorce, separation, child law, and related issues.
3. Provide clear, compassionate legal advice directly to clients.
4. Prepare legal documents and represent clients as required.
5. Maintain organised file management and meet relevant deadlines.
