About the role
As Muc-Off continues to grow at a fast pace, we need a rockstar behind Muc-Off’s Brand Ambassador program. The Brand Ambassador Community Manager role reports into the Senior Comms Manager at our Head Office in Poole, Dorset, where you will have the opportunity to wield the influence of key bicycle and powersports personalities from across the globe to massively boost our brands awareness and engagement.
Key responsibilities:
* Ambassador Engagement: Scout, engage, and nurture relationships with ambassadors who not only reflect Muc-Off’s brand ethos but also engage our target demographic.
* Campaign Management: Craft and roll out comprehensive ambassador marketing campaigns that resonate with our core brand objectives and meet our ambitious goals.
* Content Collaboration: Collaborate with ambassadors to produce genuine and impactful content that engages their followers and spotlights our ground breaking products.
* Partnership Coordination: Steer ongoing partnerships through savvy negotiation, effective contract management, and strategic alignment and best in class management techniques.
* Performance Analysis: Track, assess, and optimise ambassador campaigns, focusing on metrics such as reach, engagement, revenue generation and brand alignment.
* Media Relations: Develop and maintain a robust network with media outlets to ensure coverage that boosts both brand visibility and credibility.
* Trend Monitoring: Keep a pulse on the latest in ambassador marketing trends to ensure our strategies remain innovative and industry leading.
* Cross-functional Collaboration: Integrate ambassador marketing efforts with wider marketing campaigns to create a unified brand narrative.

What we’re looking for:

Must Haves:
* Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
* Experience: Minimum of two / three years in a marketing role, with a proven track record in delivering and managing high-level ambassador marketing campaigns.
* Technical Proficiency: Well-versed in major ambassador marketing platforms and a strong understanding of and ability to utilise analytical tools to provide world-class reporting to the business.
* Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective ambassador marketing strategies that align with our business goals.
* Communication: Outstanding communication and project management skills, capable of building strong relationships with both ambassadors and internal teams.
* Organisational Skills: Exceptionally organised, capable of juggling multiple campaigns and initiatives effortlessly.
