Warehouse Team Leader - PM shift We are looking to recruit an experienced Warehouse operative based Chesterfield to act as Team Leader on an afternoon shift pattern. Ideal candidates must have previous experience of working in a professional warehouse environment. Although it is preferred that candidates have previous management experience as a Team Leader, it is not essential, as consideration will be given to those who can demonstrate the ability to step up into a TL role for the first time. Key Responsibilities: Liaise with Warehouse Manager & Shift Manager to ensure daily targets are achieved Ensure staff know what they are required to do, and that all SLAs are completed daily Ensure staff work in a safe environment and all incidents are reported in a timely manner Keep Warehouse clean and tidy and operational efficiency is maintained at all times Monitor timekeeping and Break times and make sure they are adhered to Motivate the team and monitor performance Essential skills and attributes Reliable and highly organised with strong attention to detail Ability to work in an environment requiring manual handling Ability to adhere to Service Level Agreements and SOPs Ability to communicate clearly with a good command of English both written and verbal Conduct must be reflective of the values of the company TO BE CONSIDERED, CANDIDATES MUST HAVE THE RIGHT TO WORK IN THE UK AND LIVE WITHIN A DAILY COMMUTABLE DISTANCE TO CHESTERFIELD
