My client is an established law firm based in South Manchester, and is currently recruiting for an IT Support Technician / Systems Administrator to join their I.T Team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a candidate with perhaps 12 months+ experience providing IT support within a law firm. This would offer you the chance to take the next step in your career, to move in to a role where you will be given more responsibility and the chance to also work on the Proclaim case management system.
This is a hands on tech support role rather than a servie desk or helpdesk position, so we are looking for a candidate who enjoys the customer facing aspect of IT Support. Some of the tech you shall be involved in will be as follows:
* Ensure support calls are dealt with promptly
* Deskside support
* Working closely with the IT manager and systems administrator with project work
* Provide 2nd line support
* Proclaim application support (basic level)
* MS Office, Mimecase, Mitel cloud, Active Directory, SCCM
