TMS (Total Marketing Support) are a subsidiary company of DS Smith. TMS provide Point of Sale Marketing solutions for leading brands as well as specialised packaging solutions.
TMS is undergoing an exciting period of digital transformation, and we are seeking a Business Analyst to support the delivery of digital projects that enhance operational efficiency, business performance, and customer integration. This role is central to ensuring technology solutions align with business needs and deliver measurable value. Experience within print management or FMCG environments is highly desirable.
Responsibilities
1. Gather, analyse, and document business and functional requirements in collaboration with stakeholders
2. Assess existing processes, identifying opportunities to streamline workflows and improve efficiency through technology
3. Work with technical teams to design and recommend effective digital solutions that enhance business performance and customer experience
4. Support the delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment with strategic goals
5. Facilitate workshops, meetings, and communication between business teams and IT
6. Produce clear documentation including process maps, business cases, user stories, and specifications
7. Support testing and validation activities to ensure solutions meet business expectations
8. Assist with change management, including the creation of training materials and supporting user adoption
9. Contribute to system and data integration initiatives that improve customer-facing and internal processes
10. Apply sector knowledge (FMCG or print management) to ensure solutions meet industry-specific requirements
11. Support the adoption of digital tools across departments and contribute to post-implementation reviews
12. Maintain awareness of emerging technologies and support the development of best-practice standards for business analysis

15. Occasional travel may be required for stakeholder engagement and project workshops
Person Specification
16. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into practical solutions
17. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence engaging stakeholders at all levels
18. High attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality outputs
19. Adaptable, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
20. Collaborative approach with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
21. 3+ years’ experience in a Business Analyst role within IT, digital transformation, or similar environments
22. Familiarity with Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
23. Experience in FMCG or print management is highly desirable
24. Proficiency with tools such as M365, Visio, and other business analysis or mapping tools
25. Understanding of customer integration technologies (e.g., APIs, CRM platforms)
26. Experience with data analysis and reporting tools; relevant certifications are advantageous
