Reporting to the Communications Manager, this one-year work placement role will deliver effective communications in a global, multicultural, and multi-lingual environment. This role will give you an insight into how internal communication works in a large FTSE 100 organisation and awareness of the balance required between Group and Divisional communication.

* Knowledge and understanding of the digital tools used by many organisations such as SharePoint, an email platform and employee app.

What you will do.
* Assist with ensuring an ongoing flow of exciting and inspiring content for our employees.
* Engage stakeholders to plan and track communications using our content calendar.
* Develop and create content for specific internal communication campaigns.
* Support the administration of communication platforms such as SharePoint, the email platform and employee app and other administrative duties.
* Help with planning and delivering regular global calls.
* Filming and editing video content skills would be a great bonus.

* Strong written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to absorb information quickly and to take initiative.
* Patient and empathetic when dealing with internal stakeholders.
* Well organised with strong time management skills.
* Creative thinker with keen eye for detail.
* Proficiency in MS Office, digital media skills such as Adobe Photoshop and Premiere Pro are advantageous.
