TPI Account Manager
Yü Group PLC – This role is part of the Rapidly growing Broker team. Applicants will manage a select group of Brokers and Third‑Party Intermediaries (TPI’s) to grow the business placed with Yü Energy and achieve the set sales targets while increasing Yü’s market share in the TPI market.

Location: Remote; Leicester visits once a month
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week

Responsibilities
* Accountability for overall performance and pipeline for your TPI’s covering Acquisitions, Renewals and New Connections
* Account Plan with TPI’s to understand and give visibility of their routes to market, potential value and actions to progress value/volume
* Understand challenges and blockers to sales and ensure these are logged, collated, and communicated to senior management and wider business
* Adhere to agreed service level agreements for the pricing and servicing of TPI contracts
* Utilise your experience and relationships in this market to grow the business
* Identify and understand TPI needs and work with key stakeholders to make things happen
* Be the “go to person” for all TPI enquiries – objections, billing issues, servicing queries, commission statements and consumption reports, new propositions, etc
* Gain an in‑depth knowledge of your TPI’s wants and needs and how we can work together better
* Constantly hit profit and margin targets that sit within your TPI caseload and drive sales through weekly contact with your TPI’s
* Price TPI tenders selectively, where required to win larger business
* Negotiate contracts, taking them through the journey to agreed and signed agreements
* Work closely with TPI’s on objections, rejections, and credit control
* Provide accurate reports to both Management and TPI’s where necessary
* Performance‑manage all TPI’s with an expectancy of growth
* Weekly conference calls with your top TPI’s to manage performance and track tenders, renewals
* Help reduce any outstanding debt for their customers
* Lead, own incentives to create more business through allocated TPI’s
* Face‑to‑face contact off‑site with TPI’s where necessary to support strategy
* Run your own desk without being micromanaged
* Work with allocated support to provide timely tenders with sufficient information
* Provide up‑to‑date status to line manager for all key accounts via account planning including pipeline etc
Qualifications
* Minimum 5 years’ experience in energy sales, ideally with experience from both a Supplier and a Broker
* Confident – you love talking to people and building new relationships
