We’re seeking a commercially focused Finance Business Partner to join a high-performing FP&A function within a dynamic and growing business. This role offers the opportunity to make a tangible impact by supporting strategic decisions and improving financial processes across multiple business units.
Location: Milton Keynes (3 days office-based)
Reports to: FP&A Lead
Salary: Circa 65k Basic

As a trusted partner to the UK&I CFO and a key contributor to EMEA and Global FP&A teams, you’ll:
* Drive data-led conversations across commercial and sales functions.
* Own reporting outputs that deliver actionable insights to senior leaders.
* Lead financial system processes and be the go-to expert for financial data integrity.
Main Responsibilities
* Deliver monthly segmental profitability reporting for senior leadership.
* Respond to ad-hoc analytical requests from UK, EMEA, and Global stakeholders.
* Collaborate on reporting tool development to support better business outcomes.
* Take ownership of segmental loads into financial systems (actuals, forecasts, budgets).
* Lead working capital and 13-week cash flow forecasting.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy and efficiency.
Key Qualifications, Experience and Skills
Essential:
* Experience working at a Senior/Managerial level within a leading Accounting Firm/Consultancy
* Minimum 3 years of experience in FP&A or finance business partnering.
* Advanced Excel skills and the ability to analyse/report complex data.
* Proven ability to navigate enterprise systems to extract meaningful insights.
* Strong communication skills and stakeholder management experience.
Desirable:
* Big 4 qualified Chartered Accountant (ACA)
* ERP implementation experience.
* Working capital and short-term cash flow forecasting expertise.
