As an Assistant Quantity Surveyor, you’ll support commercial functions while building your technical knowledge on live projects. Role Overview You will support: * Cost planning, estimating and tender submissions. * Subcontract procurement and contract management. * Valuations, variations and commercial reporting. * Final accounts and project close-out. * Site visits, progress reviews and commercial meetings. * Maintaining subcontractor and supplier relationships. About You * Experience working for a main or regional contractor in an AQS or Trainee capacity. * Understanding of commercial processes, procurement, and measurement. * Strong communication, organisation, and numerical skills. * Motivated to progress and take responsibility over time. * Keen to work toward chartership or professional development (preferred). ...
