Job Description
The Operations Manager supports the Store Manager in all activities related to Store Operations, such as stock management, logistics, cashiers, training coordination, store staff planning, and store maintenance.
Job responsibilities
1. Store Operations
Maintain constant communication with the EMEA Retail Operation Team, Store Management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper store operations. Coordinate all activities related to flagship store operations excluding sales activities. Analyze store operation procedures and implement process optimizations. Support the store manager in organizing daily morning briefings.
1. Stock Management
Coordinate with the stock team to maintain accurate and complete inventories of products, materials, supplies, equipment, and tools necessary for efficient operations. Review logistics and product movement activities with the stock manager to ensure smooth processes. Oversee in-store picking activities for the e-shop and ensure monthly KPIs are met.
1. Cash Procedures and Cashier Operation Management
Coordinate cashier procedures, support training on new processes, and ensure team alignment with legal regulations. Train cashiers in selling etiquette and ensure performance aligns with company luxury standards. Act as a Brand Ambassador in managing Customer Reclaims and After-Sales guidelines.
1. Store Administration
Coordinate all back-office activities. Ensure administrative tasks comply with company guidelines. Oversee routine maintenance activities respecting Italian law, manage travel and expenses, and handle uniform and clothing management.
