Digital Channels drives and enables the modernisation of DWP’s customer contact, helping customers communicate with our department via the most appropriate channel. We run some of the UK’s largest & Live Services & which interact with Customers about their Benefits.
We are transforming the way in which we interact with Customers to provide a safe, cost-effective service for them via our Operational Colleagues.

The role is available in the Digital Channels Office, which exists to provide oversight of the running of Digital Channels Business. This includes:
* Resource Management in line with Headcount allocation to ensure the right people are in the right place at the right time, in line with DWP Processes.
* Contract monitoring and forward planning
* Adherence to DWP policies for our staff
Job description / Responsibilities
* Track and monitor the movement of resources within Digital Channels. Ensuring that all governance is in place to enable recruitment and contract procurement.
* Liaising with The Recruitment Team and Central Business Management to ensure all records are up to date and accurate.
* Ensuring all recruits are onboarded smoothly and have all the necessary IT equipment to carry out their role successfully.
* Monitor Workforce growth and attrition and report progress to goals on a monthly basis.
* Monitor adherence to Mandatory training requirements and policy
Essential Criteria
* Experience in using Microsoft Office 365 applications. A good understanding of MS Office products will be required for this role. Excel is the primary tool used for tracking and monitoring, along with MS forms and PowerPoint as the main MS products
