We have a brand new, incredible opportunity to join us as our Assistant Director of Transformation!
Lead transformation that truly changes how an organisation delivers for its customers. This is a pivotal leadership role where you'll shape strategy, drive large-scale programmes, and ensure meaningful, measurable impact across the business.
We own and manage c.8,000 homes in the east of England, working closely with other agencies and stakeholders within our communities. We build on the good foundations we have in place in being a customer-centric organisation, investing in our existing homes - including our zero-carbon journey - as well as building new homes.

Requirements
Outline of key responsibilities...
* Lead the organisation's transformation agenda, working closely with stakeholders to understand business operations, identify opportunities, and translate these into impactful change initiatives
* Partner with senior leaders to assess the organisation's readiness for change, ensuring programmes are effectively embedded and deliver lasting benefits
* Influence and shape resourcing strategies, balancing project delivery needs with day-to-day operational priorities
* Establish and embed a consistent business change framework, driving best practice and ensuring a high standard of delivery across all transformation activity
* Build strong, trusted relationships across the organisation, ensuring the Transformation function is fully integrated and adds value at every level
* Contribute as a key member of the leadership team, helping to shape and deliver the organisation's strategic direction
* Oversee the successful delivery of projects and programmes, ensuring they are completed to scope, on time, and within budget
We are looking for someone who has...
* Demonstrable experience managing a transformation function including a project management office
* Operated at a senior level, advising executive management teams and boards on transformation matters
* Extensive experience as a change leader, defining scope, costs, and benefits of projects, gaining agreement with customers, and directing teams to implementation
* Experience managing Service Design activity
* Experience successfully delivering projects, programmes and organisational change
* Extensive experience implementing and managing portfolio management processes including executive-level reporting and escalation
