Business Development Executive
On behalf of our client Ardeta Search is looking for a motivated, people-first Business Development Executive to join a growing sales team in Sheffield. This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-savvy professional who thrives on building genuine relationships, spotting opportunities, and turning conversations into customers.
You’ll play a key role in driving inbound and outbound leads, converting interest into action, and helping our business grow through great service and smart thinking. You don’t need decades of experience — just the energy, mindset, and drive to make things happen.
What You’ll Be Doing:
* Generate and nurture leads through a mix of outreach, networking, referrals, and inbound inquiries.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
* Present our services with clarity and confidence, tailoring your approach to each customer’s needs.
* Track and manage your pipeline using our CRM, keeping clear notes and follow-ups.
* Collaborate with marketing to turn content and campaigns into leads and conversions.
* Feed back insights from the market to help us continuously improve our offer and service.
What We’re Looking For:
* Proven experience in sales, business development, or customer-facing roles.
* A genuine passion for people, relationships, and results.
* Confident communicator — on the phone, over email, and face to face.
* Self-starter with a positive attitude and strong organisational skills.
* Experience with CRM systems and sales tracking tools is a plus (but not essential).
