Part Time Front of House Assistant – Clitheroe Store
* Serving customers to the highest standard, going above and beyond and creating lasting relationships for repeat custom
* Assist customers in a warm and friendly manner and ensure their orders are accurate and delivered with a smile
* Able to set up the restaurant ready for opening
* Ensure outstanding levels of cleanliness using daily, weekly and monthly cleaning schedules.
* Deal with enquiries and issues promptly and in a professional manner ensuring management are aware when a problem arises
* Provide assistance to the manager during end of day close down
* Comply with all company policies.
* Comply with all Health and Safety Regulations.
Skills, interests and qualities needed:
* Experience in a similar role is a must, but full training on service standards will be provided
* Preferably Barista trained
* An outgoing personality
* Excellent customer service and people skills
* High standards and quality driven
* Excellent organisational skills
* An immaculate appearance
* To work well under pressure with the ability to multi task
* Have knowledge of health and safety
* Preferably have Food Hygiene Level 2
* Reliable, committed and flexible
Hours; 30 Hours a week flexible Monday to Sunday, must be available to work weekends.
