About the Role
Based out of our modern Technical Training Centre, you will help drive sales growth in our technical training and apprenticeship services, building partnerships with new and existing clients.

Key Responsibilities
* Support and implement a strategic sales plan to meet recruitment and training sales targets.
* Identify and convert leads into new clients, candidates, and successful placements.
* Own and deliver on KPIs and sales targets with a commercial and proactive approach.
* Drive business growth by developing strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and lead management.
* Support the timely assessment and matching of apprentice applicants to apprenticeship vacancies.
* Contribute to team meetings, support colleagues, and foster a positive working environment.
* Champion Make UK's Customer Service Charter and deliver exceptional service to all stakeholders.
What We're Looking For
Technical Skills & Experience:
* Strong administrative and IT skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook.
* Experience working with CRM or web-based systems and data reporting tools.
* Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal – with great attention to detail.
Knowledge & Sector Insight:
* Understanding of modern apprenticeships and ideally knowledge of the engineering/manufacturing sector would be beneficial
* Experience in generating sales leads and converting opportunities.
* Commercially minded, with the ability to identify new business opportunities.

* Confident, proactive, and self-motivated with a flexible and customer-focused mindset.
* Organised, reliable, and able to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* A team player who can also work independently and take initiative to solve problems.
