We are looking to recruit a Customer Services Multi-Skilled Operative to join our Customer Services team based in the West Midlands region.

The ideal candidate will have a clean driving license, be a time-served tradesperson, and demonstrate strong teamwork skills. They will have a keen work ethic, excellent communication skills, a drive to succeed, and show empathy and understanding when dealing with our customers. Candidates should be smart, punctual, honest, and reliable.

The main responsibilities of this role include:

* Ensuring the customer service vehicle is well-equipped, clean, and tidy at all times. The vehicle should be checked weekly for compliance with health and safety regulations and road laws.
* Maintaining a smart appearance and wearing appropriate footwear and protective gear before entering and working in occupied properties. The company provides work clothing and PPE, which must be worn and kept in good condition.
* Carrying ID at all times and presenting it upon request.
* Communicating with the Central Office Hub to provide updates on ongoing and completed tasks for efficient management.
* Obtaining signed customer satisfaction or completion notifications after remedial tasks are completed, where possible.
* Arriving promptly at work sites and informing your Line Manager of any issues that may affect your work prior to arrival.
* Performing work diligently and safely, following the company's SH&E Management System, available on our intranet, Mpower. Being flexible to meet business needs.

You should also have a good understanding of NHBC Technical Standards & Guidelines, sound decision-making skills, and the ability to use your initiative to solve problems.
