They are now looking for an Employer Engagement & Projects Lead to join them in Bristol on a full-time, permanent basis, working 37.5 hours per week.

What You’ll Be Doing
As an Employer Engagement & Projects Lead, you will lead the delivery of projects that support the economic, social and civic integration of refugees and migrants.
Specifically, you will oversee the full project lifecycle, from planning through to delivery, ensuring projects meet objectives, quality standards and stakeholder expectations while managing risks, timelines and resources effectively.
You will also build and maintain strategic partnerships to create employment, training and progression opportunities for learners and service users, while contributing to the diversification of funding through tailored employer solutions.
Additionally, you will:
- Monitor performance, outcomes and project impact
- Co-ordinate internal teams and external stakeholders
- Lead the use of MIS systems, ensuring accurate data collection and reporting
- Produce reports and insights for stakeholders and funders
- Line manage and support project staff
- Ensure compliance with safeguarding, quality and funding requirements
What Our Client is Looking For
To be considered as an Employer Engagement & Projects Lead, you will need:
- Experience managing projects from initiation through to delivery
- Experience building and managing employer or stakeholder relationships
- Experience line managing staff
- Experience using and leading teams in the use of MIS or CRM systems
- Knowledge of data protection and data governance
- Knowledge of quality assurance and compliance requirements
- The ability to travel across the city and work flexibly
- GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C/4 or equivalent
- A project management qualification or willingness to work towards one
