Duties
* Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
* Provide accurate information regarding products and services, addressing any questions or concerns customers may have.
* Perform data entry tasks to maintain customer records and update information as necessary.
* Demonstrate strong phone etiquette while handling calls, ensuring a positive experience for every customer.
* Identify opportunities for upselling products or services that may benefit the customer.
* Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues and improve overall service delivery.
* Maintain a thorough understanding of company policies, procedures, and product offerings to provide informed assistance.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not essential.
* Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish; additional multilingual abilities are an advantage.
* Proficiency in data entry with attention to detail.
* Excellent analysis skills to assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions.
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Job Type: Part-time
Pay: £7.55-£12.21 per hour
Expected hours: 6.00 – 24 per week
