High Field Surgery is looking to recruit an enthusiastic, hardworking, reliable GP receptionist to join our busy surgery. Your contracted hours of 24 per week will initially be a flexible shift pattern Monday - Friday, including morning and afternoons. Flexibility is required to cover annual leave and sickness.
Your role will include assisting and directing patients to appropriate services or healthcare professionals in a courteous, efficient and effective way.
You will provide general assistance to the practice team and project a positive and friendly image to patients and other visitors, either in person or via the telephone and provide administrative support for the completion of all back-office functions.
Previous GP receptionist experience would be ideal but not essential and the knowledge or previous use of the clinical system, SystmOne would also be beneficial but not essential.
Interviews for successful applicants will be held at the surgery the week commencing 29th September 2025.
