Are you an experienced Teaching Assistant looking for flexible work across Norfolk? We are seeking confident and adaptable TAs to support KS1 & 2 classes in a range of Primary Schools.
About the Role
* Supporting the class teacher with whole-class activities
* Running small group interventions
* Providing general classroom support and helping maintain a positive learning environment
* Assisting with pupil engagement, behaviour and learning tasks
About You
* Previous experience as a TA or in a support-based role
* A genuine passion for working with children
* Ability to adapt to new settings and routines
* Strong communication xsngvjr and organisational skills
