Recovery Navigator

Location: Reconnect to Health, HMP Holme House, Holme House Road, Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 2QU
Working Hours: 37 Hours per week 8am-4pm Monday to Friday
Contract Type: Permanent
Salary:£25,110-£32,090
