Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Marketing and Sales Assistant located in Chorley, Lancashire. Working as part of a small and friendly team, the role will encompass all aspects of the day-to-day operations of the business including:
* Answering customer enquiries by phone, email and in-person
* Picking and processing sales orders
* Basic warehouse tasks
In addition, there will be a specific emphasis on marketing tasks:
• Keeping the company website up to date with product data
• Designing and distributing marketing campaigns
• Maintaining a consistent brand image across all forms of marketing
Qualifications
* Strong Communication skills to effectively interact with colleagues, clients, and stakeholders
* Proficiency in Customer Service to provide exceptional support and enhance client relationships
* Experience in Sales and Marketing to assist in developing and executing marketing and sales strategies
* Ability to work collaboratively within a team and prioritize tasks
* Basic proficiency in using relevant office software and tools
* A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new skills
* Previous experience in the engineering or tools industry is a plus
