About the Opportunity

We’re launching a new Sales and Business Development cohort designed for early career talent with the personality, mindset, and hunger to succeed in a commercial environment.

This programme isn’t about having the “perfect CV.”

What You’ll Do

As part of the Sales Academy, you will:

·Build strong, authentic relationships with potential customers

·Learn how to spot opportunities and understand customer needs

·Develop confidence in sales conversations and presentations

·Work closely with experienced sales professionals and mentors

·Contribute to business growth while living DXC’s values of integrity, collaboration, and customer focus

Eligibility Criteria

To apply, you’ll need to:

·Be able to travel to your assigned DXC office location (up to five days per week)

·Hold British citizenship (due to UK Security Vetting requirements)

·Be graduating in 2026 with a predicted 2:1 or above, or have graduated within the last three years with a 2:1 or above
