Job Description:

An exciting opportunity for anyone who has wanted to join HR is available within the Global HR team of NAVBLUE, a 100% Airbus company.

The VIE Human Resources Advisor will be based in the UK to work under the mentorship and guidance of our Head of Global Talent. You will be supporting the HR team located in 4 countries (Canada, UK, France, Poland) and contributing to recruitment activities, people development projects and other transnational initiatives.

This role will be the perfect opportunity for you to grow as an HR professional. You will be part of a great team who is keen to support your development within the role.

Main Tasks

Master Talent Management activities worldwide:

* Talent attraction: sourcing, recruitment, onboarding, internships, early career programs, employment marketing and branding (social media posts, "top employer" rankings, events, etc)
* Talent retention: employee experience, employment trends analysis
* Talent development: global training program, talent program

Support HR processes and provide support to the HR team worldwide:

* Help the team with deployment of HR campaigns
* Organize and prepare respective reviews and ensure quality and timely inputs from managers
* Be the HR Information Systems (Workday, SAP, ADP, intranet) focal point & support the team with transactional activities
* Propose automated solutions to enhance the candidate experience, HR process
* Ensure cross countries data consistency and provide qualitative analysis of figures relative to different matters (absenteeism, headcount, bonus, salary review, etc.)

Support other ad-hoc HR projects globally (e.g. employee recognition initiatives)

Skills & Competencies

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience:

* Degree in Human Resource Management
* Previous experience in HR (preferably in the Airbus environment) : previous practical exposure and experience with HR administration is a strong asset
* Experience working / studying / living abroad is highly appreciated
* Knowledge of HR Information systems and databases, ideally WorkDay is a plus
* Autonomy and adaptability
* Ability to propose automated solutions to enhance the candidate experience, HR process
* Proactive mindset and ability to anticipate
* Good communication and stakeholder management skills, teamwork and networking abilities
* Customer orientation and responsiveness, with a solution mindset
* Strong interpersonal skills, self awareness & empathy
* English fluency
* Fun loving attitude

* European Union citizens (plus Norway, Iceland, Liechtenstein, and Monaco), graduates up to and including 28 years old

En tant que VIE Conseiller en gestion des RH, vous serez basé(e) au Royaume-Uni (Addlestone) et travaillerez sous l'accompagnement et le mentorat de notre Responsable Talent Management Global.

Principales responsabilités :
Pilotage de la Gestion des Talents :

* Attraction des talents : sourcing, recrutement, intégration, gestion des stagiaires et alternants (Graduate Programs), marque employeur et marketing RH (réseaux sociaux, labels « Top Employer », forums, etc.).
* Fidélisation : amélioration de l'expérience collaborateur et veille sur les tendances du marché du travail.
* Développement : déploiement du plan de développement des compétences et des programmes à haut potentiel au niveau global.

Appui aux processus et support à l'équipe RH internationale :

* Accompagner les équipes dans le déploiement opérationnel des campagnes RH.
* Coordonner les cycles de revues de personnel (People Reviews) et garantir la fiabilité des données saisies par les managers.
* Agir en tant que référent SIRH (Workday, SAP, ADP, intranet) et assurer le support sur les tâches administratives et transactionnelles.
* Proposer des solutions automatisées pour optimiser l'expérience candidat et l'efficacité des processus RH.
* Garantir l'intégrité des données multi-pays et produire des analyses de reporting (absentéisme, effectifs, bonus, campagnes de révision salariale, etc.).

Contribuer à des projets RH transverses (ex : programmes de reconnaissance et de gratification).

Formation :
Obtention d'un diplôme en gestion des ressources humaines

Compétences et aptitudes :
Nous recherchons des candidats possédant les compétences et l'expérience suivantes :

* Expérience en RH (de préférence chez Airbus) : une expérience pratique et une expérience en administration RH sont un atout majeur.
* Une expérience professionnelle, d'études ou de séjour à l'étranger est fortement appréciée.
* Connaissance des systèmes d'information RH et des bases de données, idéalement WorkDay, est un plus.
* Capacité à proposer des solutions automatisées pour optimiser l'expérience candidat et l'efficacité des processus RH.
* Autonomie et adaptabilité.
* Esprit proactif et capacité d'anticipation.
* Bonnes compétences en communication et en gestion des parties prenantes, aptitudes au travail en équipe et au réseautage.
* Orientation client et réactivité, avec un esprit de recherche de solutions.
* Excellentes compétences relationnelles, conscience de soi et empathie.
* Anglais courant.
* Fun loving attitude
