Job Description
About The Role:
We’re looking for a Compliance Officer to join our Finance Operations team, where you’ll play a key role in ensuring all our third-party suppliers and B2B customers meet rigorous internal and regulatory requirements.
This is a hands-on role focused on supplier due diligence, ongoing monitoring, and supporting the rollout of our new Oracle ERP system as part of an exciting Finance Transformation programme.
What You’ll Do
As a Compliance Officer, you’ll be responsible for:
* Supplier Onboarding & Due Diligence – Execute Know Your Vendor (KYV) checks, conduct sanctions and ABC screenings, and verify supplier documentation to ensure compliance integrity.
* Customer Compliance (B2B) – Carry out Know Your Business (KYB) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) checks for new and existing customers, advising Sales and Credit Control teams on compliance risks.
* Ongoing Monitoring – Perform periodic rescreening of suppliers, investigate potential compliance issues, and manage corrective action plans to address non-compliance.
* Finance Transformation (Oracle ERP) – Support the implementation of compliance controls within Oracle ERP, participate in UAT testing, and help design SOPs and training materials for system users.
This role is office-based, focused on financial compliance, risk management, and system integrity — no travel or on-site supplier audits required.
About You:
* Experience: Minimum 2 years in Compliance, Risk, or Financial Controls – ideally in a large, regulated, or multinational environment.
* Technical Knowledge: Strong understanding of Anti-Bribery and Corruption (ABC) laws; familiarity with GDPR is a plus.
* Systems: Practical experience with Oracle ERP (Fusion, EBS, or similar) and a deep understanding of vendor master data controls.
* Skills: Exceptional attention to detail, analytical mindset, and strong communication skills. A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
* Qualifications: Degree in Finance, Law, or Business. Professional certification (ICA, ACAMS, or similar) preferred.
