Alongside a negotiable salary depending on experience and potential for an annual bonus, this is a hybrid role. You’ll work from home and visit one of our core offices when needed, ensuring flexibility while staying connected with the team.
You’ll influence strategy, lead innovative projects, and become a trusted expert in learning design.
Expertise in digital learning solutions and evidence-based approaches to behaviour change
Strong stakeholder management skills, including influencing senior leaders
Experience in project management methodologies, including agile and waterfall
Creating digital learning experiences that provide flexible, user-centred journeys
Monitoring and evaluating learning impact to continuously improve outcomes
