What We're Looking For in Our Early Years Teacher:
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a good honours degree.
* Experience or training (including ITT placements) in Early Years or KS1 teaching.
* Experience teaching phonics, ideally with Little Wandle.
* A strong understanding of Development Matters and Early Years pedagogy.
* A genuine love for children and a passion to see them thrive.
* Ability to work collaboratively with parents and colleagues.
* Excellent organisational skills, punctuality, and professional standards.
