Service Engineer – Industrial Capital Equipment

Location
Midlands based with regional and national travel (5 days on the road per week). Commutable locations: Birmingham, Rugby, Leicester, Wolverhampton, Solihull, Worcester, Royal Leamington Spa, Coventry, Warwick.
Key Responsibilities
* Planned installations, coupled with reactive repair work.
* Deal with breakdowns and service machinery on customer premises.
* Work across many industry sectors: print, packaging, defence, aerospace, graphics, medical, automotive, fashion.
* Build long‑term relationships with customers.
* Provide technical support and expertise within our state‑of‑the‑art internal demo centre.
* Write and complete field service reports for customer records.
Qualifications and Experience
* Proven track record as industrial Service Engineer, working with capital equipment.
* Mechanical, electronic, electrical, and software engineering skills gained in a fast‑paced environment.
* Smart, credible, customer‑facing, creative flare in problem‑solving.
* Full driving licence, passport, and flexibility for overnight stays in the UK and occasional overseas work.
* Confident communication and ability to engage at all levels.
* Methodical approach, able to work independently, manage time, deliver accurate results.
