Professional Skills & Qualifications
6. Previous experience in a similar role
7. Strong copy-writing and communication skills.
8. A strong working knowledge of the key concepts of digital marketing and the main channels and techniques – SEO, Social Media, Affiliate Marketing, Email Marketing and Customer Retention.
9. A good working knowledge of the major analytics programs – specifically Google Analytics.
10. Experience of conducting on-site and off-site SEO analysis.
11. Excellent analytical and reporting skills.
12. Prior advertising and marketing experience at mid-level
13. The ability to communicate appropriately with clients and applicants, by telephone and face-to-face

Responsibility Includes:
32. Acting as the leading point of contact with the clients for all things social related, providing strategic consultancy advice
33. Ensuring all plans are insight led, based on audience research and actionable across paid, earned, shared and owned media channels
34. Helping to plan and create new business pitches
35. Helping to develop the agencies social offering
36. Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with social media
37. Producing marketing material
38. Taking responsibility for all social media
39. Producing the company newsletter
40. Arranging property events
41. Attending client marketing meetings
42. Developing the company brand
43. Producing presentations
44. Arranging professional photography
45. Assisting with new business opportunities
46. Maintaining existing client relationships
47. Managing applicant/client database
48. Research and administer social media tools in support of clients’ social media strategy
49. Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance client goals
