EYFS Practitioner / Nursery Nurse

Teaching Personnel are working closely with a welcoming and inclusive mainstream primary school in the FY4 area of Blackpool, who are seeking a nurturing and enthusiastic EYFS Practitioner / Nursery Nurse to join their pre-school provision as soon as possible.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated early years professional who is passionate about supporting young children at the very start of their learning journey, within a supportive school environment.
The Role:
Supporting children aged 3–4 within the pre-school setting
Delivering engaging, play-based learning activities in line with the EYFS Framework
Supporting children’s personal, social and emotional development
Working collaboratively with the class teacher and wider EYFS team
Observing, assessing and contributing to children’s progress records
Maintaining a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
A relevant Early Years qualification (e.g. Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years)
Experience working within an EYFS or nursery/pre-school setting
A warm, patient and enthusiastic approach to early learning
A good understanding of safeguarding and child development
Strong communication and teamwork skills
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
