What We’re Looking For: Experience supporting children with special educational needs Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment Relevant qualifications or training in SEN support is desirable but not essential Key Responsibilities: Assist in the delivery of personalised learning programmes for SEN pupils Support pupils in class and during interventions to promote independence Help manage behaviour and support social and emotional development Work alongside teaching staff to monitor pupil progress and adapt support as needed Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere Why Work With Supply Desk?
