Join to apply for the Registered Nurse role at Atlas Real Estate Agency. This role is available for qualified nurses only. Nights are on a rolling rota, including alternate weekends.
Key Responsibilities
* Medication administration and care planning
* Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
* Ensuring safeguarding principles are maintained
* Taking responsibility for shifts as Nurse in charge
* Team management and shift planning
* Infection prevention and control
* Liaising with General Practitioners and Multi-Disciplinary Teams
* Upholding clinical governance standards
About You / Qualifications
Being a Registered Nurse means demonstrating compassion, dedication, and commitment to enhancing residents’ quality of life. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to learn and develop clinical skills are essential. Prior experience in the role is ideal but not required; tailored training and development are available.
* A Nursing qualification recognised by the UK NMC
* A valid UK NMC PIN and registration to practice as Registered General Nurse (RGN), Learning & Disability Nurse (RNLD), or Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
* Ability to perform physical tasks such as assisting residents with mobility
* Strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and Care Planning
* Syringe driver experience, Catheterisation, Bloods, PEG feeding, Stoma care
* Good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards
