Role Overview
Thirteen Group is on the lookout for a Housing Services Team Leader to join our Housing Services team in Tees Valley. As Housing Services Team Leader, you will support the effective operational delivery of housing and tenancy safety services with a focus on key areas of the business including debt, voids, ASB and lettings.

Key Responsibilities
* Managing a high performing team, you will be the integral link between senior management to ensure that directions are carried out in a way which is fit for purpose for both your team, colleagues and our customers in order to achieve high standards of excellent customer experience to encourage customer loyalty.
* You'll ensure that the Housing Teams workload is managed, prioritised effectively and regularly monitored to continually improve the teams performance.
* Contribute to the development and policies and processes across the organisation to ensure they meet the needs of our customers.
* Represent Thirteen and act as an ambassador to key stakeholders and external partners.
* Support the continuous development of the team and provide support and training to both current and new team members.
About You
* You’ll have a strong customer focus and be able to translate programmes and plans in a way which is motivating, while constantly striving for the highest quality service.
* We are looking for someone who can think under pressure, managing high profile emergency situations ensuring at all times that our customers and colleagues are safe.
* You should be able to deliver results to a tight deadline and have a proven track record of robust performance management.
* You must be able to communicate effectively with multiple stakeholders and have strong negotiation and influencing skills.
* We encourage a coaching management style of leadership and would expect you to have good experience of team management.
