Housekeeping Manager
London Croydon Town Centre – Premier Inn – 168 bedroom hotel.
Salary £34,000 - £36,000.
33 days paid holiday, competitive benefits, bonus up to 50% of annual salary.
Responsibilities
* Lead the housekeeping team to deliver high standards consistently.
* Drive performance through inspiring and developing the team.
* Support the Hotel Manager in recruitment, training, performance management.
* Manage laundry and labour controls.
* Ensure brand standards are adhered to.
* Manage audit processes, maintain 100% Health & Safety compliance.
* Champion change and implement with the team.
Qualifications
* Management experience in a similar environment.
* Visible passion to set a high standard and drive results.
* Good communication skills, thrive in a fast-paced environment, calm under pressure.
* Agile thinking, effectively manage time to meet business needs.
