Responsibilities
* Coordinate reactive and planned electrical and commercial fit-out maintenance schedules. This involves ensuring the CRM system is accurately updated with all project details, including client communication and progress reports.
* Act as the primary client contact, providing project updates, addressing concerns, and maintaining accurate administrative documentation.
* Facilitate smooth operations by coordinating communication between the helpdesk team and other departments, prioritizing urgent requests, and providing general administrative support to meet deadlines.
