SF Partners are working with a high-growth, multi-entity group operating within manufacturing and engineering, currently seeking a Management Accountant to join their expanding finance team.

The Opportunity
Supporting a key division within the group, you will play an integral role in delivering accurate financial reporting and partnering with operational and commercial teams.
This position offers broad exposure across management accounting, business partnering, and commercial analysis, making it ideal for someone looking to develop within a fast-paced, growing

Key Responsibilities
* Prepare and review accounts up to trial balance
* Support the month-end close process, ensuring timely and accurate reporting
* Post journals including accruals, prepayments and recharges
* Assist in the production of monthly management accounts and variance analysis
* Maintain and reconcile balance sheet accounts, resolving discrepancies
* Contribute to the development of management reporting packs
* Support cashflow forecasting and ongoing financial planning
* Partner with operational teams to provide financial insight and analysis
About You
* Experience in a Management Accountant role
* Strong experience producing accounts to trial balance
* Exposure to manufacturing / production environments
* Understanding of BOMs, stock, and margin analysis
* Ability to produce and analyse operational KPIs (e.g. stock, scrap, yield)
* Strong Excel skills and high attention to detail
* Commercial mindset with the ability to interpret financial data
* Ambitious and keen to progress within a growing business
