We are looking for a dynamic skilled CNC Turner to join our team of engineers. The role will involve programming, setting and operating CNC machines.
Key Responsibilities: -
* Includes all aspects of CNC Turning.
* Programming, setting, and operating our Mazak Machining Centres.
* Working on highly complex components with a strict GD&T adherence and being compliance to technical documentation.
* Use of measuring equipment to check components to maintain our high-quality standards.
* Work to health and safety and our housekeeping standards.
Requirements: -
* Experience as a CNC Turner (programmer, Setter, Operator).
* Previous experience machining complex components.
* The ability to read complex technical drawings and apply GD&T where required.
* Hard Turning experience would be an advantage.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where general helpfulness and flexibility are essential attributes for this role.
* A passion for engineering and the appreciation and commitment to achieve our client’s requirements is essential.

* Full time hours are 39 hours per week Monday to Thursday 7.30am to 4.00pm (1/2-hour lunch break) and Friday 7.30am to 2.30pm (No lunch break).
* Overtime during the week and on Saturday’s are paid at time and a half.
