About the role
We currently have multiple positions available for full time and casual bus drivers in our Outer South Depots located in Lonsdale & Seaford. We are looking for passionate people who enjoy driving and want to service their community, whilst delivering the best experience possible to our customers.
Hours of work
Our drivers must be willing and flexible to work various shifts, that may include weekends, early morning and late-night shifts.
The majority of shifts available for full-time and casual drivers are worked as split shifts. Split shifts work by providing two portions of work to cover peak service times morning and afternoon/evening. Please note the below periods are a general time frame in which a split shift portion may operate, durations of shifts vary. All shifts comply with National Heavy Vehicle Regulations and the applicable Enterprise Agreement.
1. Morning: 5:00am to 11:30am
2. Afternoon/evening: 2:00pm to 8:00pm
Outside of these hours you can leave the depot to head home or run errands, or you can choose to stay at the depot and take advantage of our driver facilities.
There are also some straight shifts that may be available with shifts starting at varied times of the day, from morning, afternoon or evenings.
All depots operate seven days per week with most weekend work available as overtime.

Eligibility to apply
13. A current and valid driver’s licence (Medium Rigid or Heavy Rigid Licence highly desired but not essential).
14. A good driving history
15. Strong communication and customer service skills
16. Willing to undergo a pre-employment medical check, criminal history check and working with children check.
17. Have a current Large Passenger (LP) accreditation is highly desired (or be willing to obtain one)
