About the Role
Gartner Consulting is looking for an Expert Partner to develop client relationships, lead client engagements, build strong teams and help grow our D&A/ AI Capabilities.
What you’ll do
Our Consulting Expert Partners are responsible for delivering client engagements and client
relationship management. You will manage teams and advise clients at the highest strategic level on both big-picture and tactical matters, focusing on how technology enables a wide range of business outcomes. In addition, you will contribute to the ongoing development of our asset-based methodologies.
Responsibilities/Accountabilities
Thought Leadership
1. Build a reputation with clients and within Gartner for deep domain / industry expertise (e.g. GenAi, emerging technologies, key digital and IT buying trends, Customer Experience, etc.)
2. Develop repeatable, globally consistent practice area collateral, offerings, and supporting materials in conjunction with Practice and Industry Leads
3. Drive development of assets (e. g. tools, accelerators, etc.) and intellectual property (e. g. playbooks)
4. Perform qualitative and quantitative analysis of complex market data sets, primary research and competitive landscapes
Client Leadership
5. Drive client solutioning in sales pursuits in the practice area working closely with our largest accountsUnderstand the business challenge and what the client wants to achieveFormulate the solution based on expertise in practice area and capabilitiesIdentify the value proposition and differentiators for the offeringsDevelop the storyline that represents all our capabilities to address the client s problem
6. Drive high client satisfaction through exceptional quality delivery and strong relationships

7. Drive achievement of the individual and practice’s financial objectives, and contribute to overall Gartner Consulting’s financial success
8. Proactively package, position, sell and deliver D&A /AI Transformation solutions to our clients
People Leadership
9. Build a high-performing team with requisite skill set to sell and deliver Digital Business and Market StrategiesLead and mentor associates to build a scaled capabilityDevelop training content for associates to increase knowledge of offerings and delivery toolkitsSupport the Practice team’s performance, setting clear goals and objectives and establish metricsPartner with Industry and Region Leads to develop talent strategy – capacity planning, hiring, and talent management
What you’ll need
10. Bachelor’s Degree required, master’s degree highly preferred
11. Demonstrable deep expertise and practical experience in the Data and Analytics domain including but not limited to: Data Strategy, Business Intelligence and Analytics, Data Management, Data Modelling, Data Quality, Data Governance, Master Data Management and Metadata Management.
12. Ability to build relationships and influence C suite stakeholders in a Strategy Consulting context
13. Subject Matter expertise in Gen Ai with a deep understanding of its usage, in enterprise & government contexts, and knowledge of technology market and applicable regulations.
14. Strong business and financial acumen as well as analytical skills
15. Track record in achieving / exceeding revenue targets
