Warehouse & Transport Manager. In this role, you'll oversee warehouse efficiency, manage transport logistics, ensure safety and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across supply chain functions.

Key Duties:
Ensure a safe working environment, overseeing health & safety, permits, risk assessments, and site traffic management.
Maintain high operational standards including 6S and compliance across warehouse and transport activities.
Oversee stock control, including receiving goods, cycle counts, and monthly reporting on raw materials, finished goods, and quality issues.
Manage relationships with transport providers, support tenders, and drive performance through KPIs such as FIFO, MOTIF/DOTIF, and capacity usage.
Investigate and resolve delivery errors, raise NPRs, and implement corrective actions.
Collaborate with other departments and support customer services with logistics and stock queries.
Ensure effective operation of company vehicles and compliance with internal controls and procedures.
Key Criteria:
Minimum 3 years' experience in a warehouse and/or transport management role ( essential ).
Experience in team leadership or personnel management ( essential ).
Proficient in Microsoft Office ( essential ).
Forklift and HGV licences ( desirable ).
Experience with Navision or similar ERP systems ( desirable ).
