As a Purchasing Administrator, your roles and responsibilities will include… * Raising and processing purchase orders * Matching confirmations and delivery notes to Pos and booking in deliveries * Building strong relationships with suppliers and ensuring timely deliveries * Monitoring quality and service of suppliers, sourcing alternatives when needed * Working with accounts to resolve invoice queries * Supporting the business with other admin duties when needed We’re looking for a Purchasing Administrator with the following skills and experience… * Some previous experience as a Purchasing Administrator, or similar position * Great with Microsoft Office, including Excel and Word * Positive, proactive with excellent communication skills * Able to multitask and prioritise workloads * Great organisational skills and the ability to problem solve As a Purchasing Administrator, you’ll receive a salary of £27,500, along with the following benefits… * Flexible working hours * Profit sharing bonus after 12 months * 20 days holiday plus bank holidays (increases with service) * Car parking available Sound up your street?
