Office / Administrative Assistant UHNW Private Office West End Fully office-based 9-OAftc/HKLW Up to 35K pro rata benefits Initial 6 month FTC starting January 2026 - with potential for conversion to permanent About the Client: The private office of an UNHW individual who is prominent in the arts sector seeking a proactive and tech-savvy Administrative Assistant to join their team on a full-time, fixed-term contract starting January 2026. Working closely with the Executive Assistant who supports the Principal of this private office, this role offers a unique opportunity to support a busy office while gaining experience across administration, property management, and private support. About the Office / Administrative Assistant Role: This hands-on position will see the successful candidate take ownership of a variety of responsibilities, supporting the Executive Assistant, managing office operations, assisting with a property portfolio, and providing occasional private support. Key Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Executive Assistant, including maintaining filing systems, updating records and databases, preparing correspondence, and supporting projects or events. General office duties such as scanning, printing, inventory checks, coordinating couriers, managing post, and running errands. Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing materials, handling expense receipts, and ensuring IT systems and service providers are functioning efficiently. Help to manage a busy property portfolio by arranging maintenance, liaising with contractors, tracking warranties and service schedules, and maintaining accurate records. Provide occasional private support to the Principal, including assisting with personal tasks and maintaining detailed art inventories alongside the Executive Assistant. Required Skills & Experience: Applicants should have some administrative experience and looking to build their career in this space. Experience in a family or private office environment is desirable but not essential, as is an interest in the arts. The ideal candidate will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail and confident using digital tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, shared drives, and task management platforms. Be able to manage multiple tasks while remaining calm and focused. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Professionalism, discretion, and the ability to handle confidential information are essential. A positive team player who thrives in a fast-moving environment. Core hours 9am-5 with flexibility to work beyond if necessary. Initially 6 month FTC with the potential for conversion to permanent for the right candidate.
