Were looking for an experienced Sheet Metal Worker to join a well-established engineering company in New Milton. Youll be working in a supportive environment, fabricating and assembling precision sheet metal parts used in high-quality manufacturing.
What Youll Do:
* Cut, bend, shape, and assemble sheet metal components
* Use hand tools and fabricating machines
* Inspect and smooth joints for a perfect finish
* Work from technical instructions and support junior team members
* Follow all health and safety procedures
What Were Looking For:
* Apprenticeship or experience in sheet metal work (Aerospace preferred)
* Ability to read technical instructions and work precisely
* Great team spirit and a strong work ethic
* Pride in your work, with excellent timekeeping and attendance
Whats on Offer:
* Pay: 17- 20 per hour (depending on experience)
* Hours: 37 hours/week (Mon-Thurs 7:45-16:15, Fri 7:45-12:45)
* Flexible working and 4-day week options available
* Overtime paid at 1.5x
