Key requirements
* Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry
* Experience managing warehouse / industrial or similar build projects
* Strong leadership and organisational skills
* Ability to drive programmes, manage subcontractors, and ensure works are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards
Role overview
You will be responsible for the successful management and delivery of a new-build self-storage warehouse facility, coordinating site activities, liaising with clients and stakeholders, and maintaining full control of health, safety, quality, and programme.
