Role Description
This is a full‑time, hybrid job working for our subsidiary company WBC Valuations in the West Country, for an RICS Valuation Surveyor. The role includes preparing accurate property valuations, conducting building inspections, and compiling detailed reports based on findings. Responsibilities also encompass acting as an advisor for property‑related matters, adhering to RICS standards of practice, and engaging with clients to deliver tailored valuation solutions. The role requires collaboration with internal teams to provide comprehensive service delivery and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with the MRICS valuation surveying manager, valuations administrator and directors to ensure successful delivery of residential or commercial property valuations.
Qualifications
* Expertise in property valuation and valuation processes, consistent with RICS guidelines.
* Strong proficiency in building inspections, report preparation, and providing advisory services related to property conditions.
* Experience in managing stakeholder relationships and communicating with clients effectively.
* Excellent knowledge of RICS regulations, property compliance, and adherence to professional standards.
* Sound project management and organizational skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
* Relevant RICS qualification (AssocRICS or MRICS) and registered property valuer.
* Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as needed within the region.
