Job Description:
This role is part-time (50% FTE) and fixed-term for 12 months. Salary: Grade 9 (£56,021 - £64,914 p.a. pro-rata). Work is expected to be undertaken in the UK. Membership of the PVG scheme is required, and employment is contingent on a satisfactory outcome. Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. Responsibilities include:
* Leading negotiations with the Demonstrator site regarding support and responsibilities.
* Reviewing and synthesizing evidence on relevant topics.
* Designing change projects and articulating a local ‘theory of change’.
* Facilitating ground-level change projects with stakeholders.
* Ensuring active involvement of seldom-heard voices and promoting co-production.
* Supporting local evaluation efforts and embedding lessons nationally.
* Serving as the main contact for IMPACT’s work with the Demonstrator site.
* Coordinating IMPACT activities within the site and representing IMPACT locally and nationally.
* Acting as a coach and role model in strategic improvement projects.
* Contributing to IMPACT’s wider activities and learning sharing.
Minimum qualifications and experience:
* First degree or equivalent qualification or relevant practical experience.
* Senior management or practitioner experience, or as a researcher, consultant, or coach.
* Extensive experience in strategic improvement within adult social care or related fields.
* Commitment to co-production values and understanding of change factors in social care.
* Excellent communication skills, organizational ability, and interpersonal skills.
* Experience in championing equality, diversity, and inclusion.
