The Role:
As Quantity Surveyor, you will support the commercial delivery of civil and rail projects across the UK. You’ll work closely with project teams to ensure strong financial performance, accuracy in cost management, and compliance with contract frameworks.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage commercial and contractual elements of projects from tender to final account.
* Work under NEC or JCT forms of contract.
* Support the development and improvement of internal commercial processes.
* Assist with estimating duties where required.
About You:
* Background in civil engineering, ideally with exposure to rail or geotechnical projects (beneficial but not essential).
* Experience with NEC or JCT contracts.
* Strong commercial acumen with the ability to influence and improve processes.
* Positive, proactive, and collaborative approach.
