The Role
As a Sales Negotiator, you will play a pivotal role in our dynamic team, helping buyers find their dream homes and guiding sellers through successful transactions. With uncapped commission, fully funded industry qualifications, and a supportive team, this is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career in the property sector.
Your responsibilities will include:
* Arranging and conducting engaging property viewings
* Providing expert guidance to clients throughout the buying and selling process
* Delivering timely feedback to sellers to keep them informed
* Building strong relationships with buyers and sellers—both in person and over the phone
* Creating compelling marketing materials to showcase properties effectively
* Registering applicants and booking valuations
* Responding promptly and professionally to phone and email inquiries
* Assisting with market appraisals and securing new business
* Negotiating offers to achieve the best possible outcomes for our clients
What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Sales Negotiator within an estate agency is prefer but fully training can be given.
* A results-driven individual who thrives on exceeding targets
* A confident communicator with a professional and positive attitude
* A motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a competitive environment
* Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
* A passion for property and a commitment to career development
* A full UK driving license and access to your own vehicle (45p per mile paid)
* Competitive salary with uncapped commission
